Help needed on home set up.
yo, I had looked at the NFB-12 along with the NFB-5 but was concerned about the inputs on the NFB-12? I 'll look into the prices if it's on promo, not sure whether it's cheaper in the UK. You reckon the NFB-12 over the Matrix Cube? How would you suggest I get my iphone into an...- mrlazu

confusing it is:) I had looked into the streamer, but some reviews seemed to imply it wasn't that great, I will do more research on this today. I read Gwarmi's E9 review, very good it was to. I'm pretty sure I will end up getting either the audio gd NFB-5 or the Matrix...- mrlazu

The Audio-Technica ATH W1000x have just popped up on my radar [saw them for £379] are these worth considering? After having talked myself into the HD 650's I'm now convinced I need to spend ridiculous amounts on an amp:) [So I'm currently weighing up better headphones/cheaper amp or...- mrlazu

Help needed on home set up.
Hi Mr J, I would love to be able to try some headphones on and test them out etc. There just isn't any where locally that I can do this, I know for a purchase like this I should try and make the effort. I'm pretty sure I'm going with the HD650's and just need to decide on an amp/DAC...- mrlazu

I did look at the Matrix Mini-I [as MalVeauX recommended the Matrix cube] I also looked at the NuForce ones but the prices start to creep past my self imposed...- mrlazu

Ok, so after a fairly large amount of research I have come to this short list of the usual suspects. Senn HD650 £299.00 appears to be the boring sensible option, a lot of people seem to have these though, they look 'ok' they will probably be comfortable and the sound will probably be...- mrlazu
