How does the AH-D9200 compare to the Sony MDR-Z1R in terms of isolation? I read your review comparing the two but don't recall that you mentioned how they do head-to-head on this metric.

True! Tapping on the side of a cup makes a nice, loud clacking...there's not much isolation from that direction. :relaxed: So deeper or denser foam in the pads might not help much.

Heh! Yup, I've tried a few different settings but without much of a difference. I think part of my issue is that I have a fairly small head, so the clamping force is low. That makes it really comfortable but probably lessens the isolation.

I'm a new AH-D9200 owner as of a few days ago. So far, I'm very happy with them, except for the fact that the isolation from incoming background noise isn't very good. It's a clear step down from what I experience when using the Focal Elegia with Dekoni Elite Sheepskin pads and not that much...

I've been using PowerAmp on my Fiio M15 for about six months now. I really like it. One of the best features for me is that it handles externally-created M3U playlists so well, even storing the last playing position for every playlist. Wonderful!

I reported a ways back in the thread that the original V3 app was crashing on my M15 and that I had to revert to the older version of the FiiO Music app. I installed V3.0.2 and it is stable and working well, with no crashes. Thanks for updating the app!

It crashed for me every time I used it. I tried installing both from the Google Play Store and the .apk download. Same results. I've rolled back to the old version and stayed with it.

The top pull down menu is pretty easy to get to with the case on. Using the fast scan of the alphabet by sliding a finger down the right side of the screen is a bit more difficult, though.
