If you're still considering the iPhone 4 vs. S2, I'd wait until the iPhone 5 comes out. Considering the S2 is taking forever to reach the states, by the time it arrives, the iPhone 5 will be on its way out soon (which should be August or September). 

I actually prefer the rockbox'd Clip+'s sound quality. And the Clip+ performance for the money is unbeatable. The player is dirt cheap!

Word. I haven't even used the EQ and a stock rockbox'd Clip+ has amazing bass. Quote:

Clip+ is awesome. I love it. I use some cheap Creative EP-630s on them and the SQ is just amazing. Rockbox yours when you get it.

I don't know what it is, but I wear Creative EP-630s and prefer the SQ of a rockbox'd Sansa Clip + to the J3. Does the J3 need the highest quality headphones to shine?
