Upon rechecking, I found that the search function works properly when I go into the folder tab. It would be great if the search function could also be activated in the song or artist tabs.

After the last update, a search icon did appear, but when I search for a song or artist, it only shows a loading symbol and doesn't display the search results. I have tried resetting the device and rescanning the songs, but the issue persists. Currently, I have approximately 10,000 songs stored...

@Shanling any update on the activation of search function in the Eddict Player App? When is the next update on the app likely to be released?

Is the search function available now? I tried after updating the eddict player app, and it seems it's not working yet.

I did this already. And in fact I have been using the H7 so far by moving to the right by one or two to make the balance normal.

With H7, left side of all the headphone I own sound louder. However, when I connect my headphones to ef400 or btr7, the balance on both sides sounds normal. I think I'll have to call Shanling for repair tomorrow. Are there any others who have experienced the same symptoms as me?

Similar price range but I personally prefer H7 because of SD card option. Just hoping Eddict player on IOS has more basic functions available such as search function..

Will there be an update on the ios app as well?

Battery replacement seems to be difficult to do individually because you have to use an iron. And even if you are good at soldering, it seems a bit dangerous for individuals to handle undischarged lithium batteries. I think it would be nice to serve at Shanling.

I am using the iphone and there are no such functions in the iphone. It looks so nice!

I am also looking for major updates on the eddict player. I just hope it doesn’t take too long!

l Is this true? I thought adding these nice features would do more good than harm for Shanling’s competitiveness in the market, perhaps I am wrong.

@Shanling are there any plans to add a search function within eddict player? There are so many songs on the sd card it's hard to find them all.
