Hi @Shanling
Any news on release date on the smaller brother H5?
Love the H7 but don't need that much power and the smaller footprint is perfect when traveling.

Nice. The H5 looks a bit smaller than the H7 and the price seems pretty reasonable for what you are getting - almost like a scaled back M6 Ultra with similar power output, albeit with two AKM chips instead of four.

The price for me is now much more fair and honest (even if the characteristics of DAC chips and amplification are different). Now yes a good possible competitor to the Topping G5 in "cost-benefit". Let's wait about the sound characteristic...
Hello, @Shanling . I haven't found any intel on this anywhere, but it's interesting whether I can connect an H7 to my pc via usb to get access to the memory card. Would it work that way?

After the last update, a search icon did appear, but when I search for a song or artist, it only shows a loading symbol and doesn't display the search results. I have tried resetting the device and rescanning the songs, but the issue persists. Currently, I have approximately 10,000 songs stored on the SD card. I'm curious to know if this search problem is specific to me or if others are experiencing the same issue.
Upon rechecking, I found that the search function works properly when I go into the folder tab. It would be great if the search function could also be activated in the song or artist tabs.

Hi guys I'm looking for a portable Amp to run my RS2 off without altering the sound signature just to bypass the RS2s on board amp. Is the amp of the H7 clean and transparent. I like the idea of the multi-tasking abilities of the H7 but wonder if it would be better to get a topping NX7 or G5 instead.
I own 5 shanling DAPS Inc the M6 ultra so love the Shanling house sound.

If it's just about amp and no other features, haven't you considered Fiio's Q7, or iFi's diablo? They recently updated the diablo with some new features, I haven't yet checked it, but the new design is really an improvement
