AuricSound S7 DAC/Amp
Just received the A7 tube amplifier. From a design standpoint it’s really awesome: love it, in term of materials, metallic blue paint, leds, glowing tubes, construction quality. Excellent work, imho. Very first tests: I connected my two excellent bookshelf JohnBlue 3 speakers, and through a...- gmeardi

AuricSound S7 DAC/Amp
Now - passed august vacations - they should be almost ready to ship, I think. The online updates showed a working product... yet, a finalised product is something different. Waiting for the A7/S7 combo... Nothing seen about the Canjam. PS: the Seiun PHAs that I ordered... finally arrived...- gmeardi

Seiun player, $150 player with monster spec. Too good to be true?
Just received my 2 PHAs... I agree to Tienbasse first review: - build quality is approximative at best (volume knob, ...) - sound is ok from internal player: using my over-ears open AKG K701 I could appreciate an excellent (powerful) listening. - using iPhone/iPad with NEUTRON player, lightning...- gmeardi

AuricSound S7 DAC/Amp
Some years later than expected... with specs that seems not maintained. Or not re-confirmed, now that... after a couple of yrs it SEEMS (hope) the PHA is going to be shipped (but the usb-c seems disappeared, idem for hdmi pass-through... and dunno if the "good old and discontinued" Sabre 9018...- gmeardi

Seiun Players
They updated again their delivery "record"... mid sept for the PHA and 30-45 day after for the ProX... Should the PHA ever arrive... it might still be a valid DAC (even if the 9018 isnt anymore produced), while the ProX... mmmh...- gmeardi

Seiun player, $150 player with monster spec. Too good to be true?
Thanks Expatin! I ordered two ProX's and two PHA's, so... pretty interested to read comments. Did you have any chance to hear the PHA? Secondarily (far less important than musical fidelity ;-) I see that the version you tried (ProX) is black and gold, not white and gold, like Seiun put on...- gmeardi

The coupled Seiun Pro X and PHA pair could be terrific. Cannot wait testing them... :-) Specs and design are excellent. Hope we all have a great audiophile year!- gmeardi

Musical Fidelity V-DAC Owners?
I've just ordered a new VDAC-II and I'd like to use it as an hi-quality car inside my car (Audi A4 with Bang & Olufsen 7.1 500W option). I'm currently using a Beresford Caiman (that I had in house, unused) and sounds excellent, but is a pain to use in the back of the car, where the AUX Audio...- gmeardi
