Bluewave Audio Get - Bluetooth 5.0 AptX HD 24 bit amp/DAC

Ya, that's the line of though I had, though not as eloquently put lol. Looks like the search for Aptx-HD in the car continues. I found a cool gadget that was perfect for in-car use and even had a puck to skip tracks but it sadly only supports normal aptx.

Bluewave Audio Get - Bluetooth 5.0 AptX HD 24 bit amp/DAC

That is great to hear, thanks Pierre! The other part of my question has to do with the battery health at high temperatures. It's been known to get up to 95+ here. It would be baking in the car, do you think the battery will hold up? I sometimes forget to park in the garage and the car's out on...

FiiO BTR3-The World' First Bluetooth Headphone Amplifier, SBC/AAC/aptX/aptX LL/aptX HD/LDAC/HWA (LHDC)

Thanks! Guess this isn't for me. 113F is pretty much a car left outside around mid 70s on a sunny day I think.

Bluewave Audio Get - Bluetooth 5.0 AptX HD 24 bit amp/DAC

How well would this work in the car? Any options to remove the battery so I can leave it plugged into the aux port?

BT -> Aux Amp/DAC(?) Device for Car (BT5, AAC, AptX, LDAC)

Unfortunately I don't have a car with AA/CP support so I'm looking for the next best thing. Does anyone have a good recommendation for something I can stick into my car's aux port and forget about it? Ideally it should support both AAC and aptX/LDAC as I have both iOS and Android. I don't...

Audeze Mobius Review / Preview - Head-Fi TV

Like some of the others, the OSSIC closure gives me pause and hopefully we can an update for the Mobius. Based on what I've read, it seemed a big contributor was the material and manufacturing costs that did them in. I'm more confident in Audeze as an established company but fingers cross...

    Audeze mobius?

Hmm, so I pulled the trigger. Love me some good spatial sound in gaming when in sims and with VR what they're harking sounds good to me. (The potential to be a better sound whore also doesn't hurt xD) I switched to the newer creative software based eax and its just not very impressive. I'm...

Creative Sound blasterX AE-5 vs DAC?

I am using an X7 and use to run the X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty (with dts and dolby but honestly with atmos and the DTS equiv out, this are legacy imo). I don't think its worth stepping up to the AE-5. IMO the main hallmark of creative was either hardware sound/surround processing. EAX isn't making...

Waves Nx (consumer one) sounds distorted

Sorry for the lengthy delay. To answer your questions: Output was whatever waves configured by default. I did not attempt to change. Playing with buffer did not help (or at least was not helping afaik), going lower or higher changes the distortion but didn't make it clear I was not able to...

Waves Nx (consumer one) sounds distorted

Hi All, I'm having issues getting Waves Nx to output audio correctly. When the virtual headphones are setup, audio sounds very distorted and garbled. I'm on Windows 10 with a Creative x7 dac/amp. Any ideas?
