Ah my apologies. Yes I've been using Fiio Music. I used to use Poweramp but I just got sick of its functionality over time. Do you have a different app that you could recommend? I don't care much if it's a paid app or not.

Has anyone had issues with the spinfits slipping off the nozzle? Mine have a tight fit but it's like they got oily inside (cleaning didn't help) and sometimes come off in my ear when I remove the FH7. Does anyone have this issue or a solution to try out?

I'm finding more and more songs having a crackle during playback. One of the worst is Halo by Bloc Party. It doesn't matter which platform I listen to it on, I get the same result. Can anyone confirm an issue with this track for me?

I'm in Canada. Mine was from AliExpress and haven't had an issue. As far as I know, the units are the exact same all across the board, but I could be mistaken.

I was able to get my paid version activated. If you log on their website you should be able to get it sorted from there. Worst case scenario, shoot them an email and you should be able to get verified that way.
