Heh, I definitely misjudged how well my LCD-3 would hold its value. Must be the allure of the PF? Pretty sure I saw other LCD-3's that were listed for around $700 and weren't seeing any interest, so I figured I had to offer a much better price. Can't believe how much interest I got in that...

Well I got my asking price, so I can't complain (even if I want to, lol). And the person I sold it to is a long-time Head-Fier so I'm pretty sure he's a wholesome individual. :innocent:

Great pic! I can confirm you're right about the DI, and I'm sure the Ulfberht being the flagship is at the top. I can't imagine two of those in a room this size. Overkill would be an understatement. smodtactical must've been kidding. That pic makes me think my DI's are puny little speakers...

Stupid question, but where is the carbon fiber headband for sale?  No luck on the Audeze website, unless I'm blind.  I read something about there being a manufacturing defect in the original production run of the headband and they would offer it for sale again when the defect had been fixed.

(knock on wood) I've had my LCD-3s (pre-fazor) since Jan. '12.  Fingers crossed they'll hang in there for many more years, since I don't think I'd like the fazor sound as much.

You make an excellent point, ardilla.  I always wanted to try the Leben with speakers, and on several occasions I was almost ready to purchase a pair of Zu Audio speakers.  If I had speakers to accompany the Leben and my LCD3's, I probably wouldn't sell it.   And you're also right about making...
