Interesting, do the Ananda use ear pads that are glued together, like the FocusPads? Or are they properly stitched? Really I just want something that's going to hold up longer than a year. The FocusPads are basically guaranteed to fall apart at some point, and they aren't cheap to replace...- Daveed84

My HE-560s are on their last legs and I'm looking for a suitable replacement (not necessarily an "upgrade", just something similar). I love my HE-560s dearly, and with a little bit of EQing for increased bass, I think they're the perfect sounding headphones. Unfortunately the build quality is...- Daveed84

Ultimate Ears Triple Fi 10 Thread
It looks like the Noble 3 earphones were discontinued a few years ago, from what I can tell. Perhaps there's a similar model they offer now?- Daveed84

Ultimate Ears Triple Fi 10 Thread
Hm, perhaps, that's an interesting idea. I may do that as a last resort. The replacement cables are getting harder to find recently as well- Daveed84

Ultimate Ears Triple Fi 10 Thread
Apologies for bumping an older thread, but is there any consensus on whether there are newer IEMs available that work as suitable replacements for the TF10? That is, something that has a similar sound signature? My TF10s keep falling apart, and although I'm able to glue the casing back together...- Daveed84

Radsone EarStudio ES100
I'm having trouble updating the device firmware to v1.1.9. I was previously able to update the device to firmware version 1.1.7. I'm holding the power button and connecting the device to my computer via the USB cable, and the LED light is off as indicated in the instructions. However, when I run...- Daveed84

Radsone EarStudio ES100
The seller is active in this thread, and other people have expressed interest in knowing the official policy as well. Also the item is being sold on the Amazon marketplace, not directly by Amazon itself. So asking here seems appropriate- Daveed84

Radsone EarStudio ES100
My primary use cases for the es100 would be watching videos on my phone (Pixel 2) and a bluetooth-capable Sony television. Would the latency be too much for this? I know it doesn't support aptX LL, but neither does my phone or TV (to my knowledge).- Daveed84

FiiO F9, F9Pro-Detachable MMCX connector,Hi-Res Audio Certified,2.5mm TRRS/3.5mm audio cable
Is anyone able to comment on how the F9 sounds vs the Ultimate Ears Triple.Fi 10 (TF10)? Been looking for something to replace those for a while now. How about the F9 Pro? I'm sorry if this has already been discussed, I may just be blind but I couldn't find an easy way to search through the thread- Daveed84

Hifiman he-400i Impressions and Discussion
Man I had the same problem as you, only it's that things like hi-hats sound like they're coming from the right side, rather than perfectly centered. I tested dozens of tracks, everything's on the right... but I tested another pair of headphones and it was virtually the same result. I must...- Daveed84

Any cheap ones you'd recommend? The stock cable is OK except for these quality control issues, so things like length, material, etc. aren't necessarily things I care about changing EDIT: I should probably note that I'd prefer to keep the 3.5mm connector type- Daveed84
