My first good soldering iron
I use a Weller WES51 and Hakko 936 for work, and I've been liking the 936 more recently. Both are excellent stations in my opinion.- abcheng

I have a couple questions about the MH max. 1. Can I use a 24VDC wallwart instead of 24VAC wallwart? 2. Can only the amp portion of the MH max be built, or does the E12 delay circuit, and DB circuit have to be populated?- abcheng

dang those things are old. By the way, the first 4 digits on the bottom are manufacturing date. The first 2 digits is the year, the 2nd 2 digits is the week of the year it was manufactured.- abcheng
