I'm interested to try this out, I think it is a good idea to make an Australia/New Zealand tour!

I hope I'm not jumping the gun here.
We had a couple of successful tours here, I recommend @d marc0 or @Brooko to manage the tour.
they are very experienced in managing tours.

Big thanks to Gary at Comply! I just learned that they are providing the tour with free tips.

There will be small, medium, and large sizes in a select-a-size tacklebox.

Please use only what you must, so everyone can enjoy fresh tips for the whole tour!

Hey Luke Pighetti, what user are these aimed towards? I like my mids, clarity and transparency foremost. Are these ideal? In OJs review he mentioned slight shrilliness in the highs (though in the universal) are these an issue in the customs (which i am curious about purchasing)? Others also mentioned less of an impact with the universals over customs. Have they been tuned since?

Might as well try the tour

If I didn't already have a Custom Aria I'd be all over this tour ahahah!  Still working on a ZMF Omni for Vibro Aria Universal trade with Luke - I'm gonna annoy him about it until it is MINE!

I am highly biased as Luke is a friend and business associate, and I was a beta tester for the Aria, but I LOVE how they turned out with both sound and aesthetic.  It's a beautiful rendition of the downslope frequency response pattern that for most listeners has everything and lacks nothing.  Just beautiful.

We need more sexy Aria pics in this thread too....!!!!

Aria is a touch north of neutral in the bass region, is very transparent, and has some extra top end extension. But the subbass extends waaaay low, it's remarkable for a pure balanced armature design. And its super fast and detailed as you'd expect from a BA.

I have yet to inspect the prototype you're referring to that was passed around a few months ago, but at first glance it looks like it got pretty beat up. I will be replacing it with a fresh one for this tour!

I would like to be a stop on the tour if possible. I haven't heard much in the way of earphones, specifically in regards to BA drivers or multi driver setups. I'm kind of isolated where I am and am always willing to expand my well of experience.

I recommend to join the tour to try the universal before ordering a custom to check sound signature.

Another option is to buy a Universal and have me convert it to a Custom later. I charge $200 and that includes matching the wood faceplates.

Honestly at this point it's totally up to your preference. I like customs because they are fit to my ears, special to me. But I like universals too because they arrive at your door faster and you can let your friends listen. And you can sell them later if you're the collect & trade type.

Some people want to try the product before they commit to a custom, so that's what the $200 conversion is for. :)
