according to https://vk.com/xduoo there is a new firmware version 1.12.
Does anyone tried it?

And it seems someone developed (alternative?) firmware for the X10 with fully configurable equalizer, see http://alexmod.do.am/forum/11-303-7

And, this latest website shows more interesting news (google translated from russian):

the beginning of summer programmers xDuoopromise to hold a global update software for players X3 and the X10 . In particular, to solve finally the problem with gapless and to build the shell of sound processing unit - equalizer . Let's see what they come out .. - I started working on porting rockbox on X10 .

1.12 is beta firmware I got mailed from xduoo.

My first observation is:
+ click between tracks has been removed
+ no more skipping first splitsecond of track
- gap between tracks still exist

Mine x10 is playing .dsf (64) fine. As far as I know it also supports .dsd but no higher than 64.

So, fw 1.12 really exist?
This picture is no fake news...

Strange, I still notice the terrible bad click between tracks within an album (ape and flac).
Skipping first split second looks like solved.

1.12 changelog (txt file inside rar file):

"Change contents
1. Optimized: Might have to wait for a long time to play when there are too many songs.

2. Fixed: some of the cover picture caused the crash problem (abnormal picture, the file format is wrong).

3. Fixed: the cover pictures show blurred.

4. Picked out the problem pictures.

5. Fixed: the CUE garbled.

6. Picked out unsupported APE.

7. Fixed: when not playing, the player will automatically shut down even being operated"

Weird writting, anyway...
