I will be at Tokyo Headphone festival day after tomorrow, and I hope I can listen to AEON, I already pre-order one but I'm on fire to hear them ASAP. and I hope a can listen to mr.speaker electrostatic headphone.
I will report how they sound if I had the chance to hear them.

Unless it was paid-for by the shipper - yes, you'll be billed duties/taxes prior to delivery.

It's definitely illegal, but that doesn't mean they won't do it. It just means they won't admit to it publicly. You're better off asking them about that in a phone call.
