Dollar stores aren't carrying those basic headbands anymore, even they have upscaled. Is there anything that can be stuffed in there instead?

The interior 'flanges' of the headband that I'm trying to attach the KSC75 to has too much space in the center so the nut of the KSC75 wouldn't snap in. Are there resin like material that can be injected into the center pit to take up the rest of the space?

How do the Portapros compare to the KSC 75s? I know there used to be ways to attach a headband to the KSC 75s, but those retailers no longer carry those.

My HD598 has been less than comfortable for me. The main issue is heat, the velour pads are too substantial and make me sweat. Are on-ear headphones better in this regard? I was looking at something like the HD25.

Which type of glue is appropriate for fixing plastic earcups to plastic headbands?   I want tractable glue, not the type that spills all over. (because we are dealing with small sized nooks and crannies here) Also the glue shouldn't become brittle and crack after a month.

Which one of their sub $100 portables (this includes in ears) is the least bass focused? I'm using the HD600 from Sennheiser, so that should give an idea of what I mean. I'm looking for something that emphasizes the mid-treble.

Sennheiser US and AU have an unauthorized sellers list, but Sennheiser Canada doesn't. Does the company have a global policy regarding warranty for unauthorized resellers? (even if the headphone is genuine)

Are the AKGs really rebranded technology that is the same in the CX series? Because the prices of the AKGs are higher than the sennheisers. (at least against the CX 300)
