noob question : value of potentiometer for lower volume? I currently use a 100k pot in my cmoy, if I want to reduce the volume by default , should I reduce pot to 20k? or increase? help a noob- dikyllis

Darkvoice 337 - A Review
any1 have such problem with their 337? I can hear radio station signal station when music is low volume, and is even louder when no music and volume knob is '0', I plug out the RCA input cable and there goes the radio station signal. I have swap/change rca cables, taralabs to diy beldens...- dikyllis

is it the RCA cable acting as an atenna for the darkvoice 337 amp? although removing RCA removes the Radio signal, other cables like taralabs which I borrowed also have such problem -

RFI noise interference with RCA cable, should be the root cause, since I took them out of the amp and no more noise/radio signal I know there are things ferrite rings, but what else? another shield on top?- dikyllis

well I do not have a CDP yet, but a FubarIII, there are some CD that I cant always face sibilance could any1 recommend a CDP and DAC, so I can just drop by at the store to test selectively.... rather than testing everything thanks in advance- dikyllis
