I cant comment on the qjays, but the Shures are very very comfy. I have used the foam tips, and their isolation is fantastic, but I have had problems finding them in China, so I just use the olives. I sleep on my side and fall asleep with the Shures in my ears all the time. h

There is another problem associated with wrapping the wires around your dap. Every time around the wire introduces one full twist along the length of the wire. If you then pull the wire off the end of the dap, instead of rotating the dap along its length you stretch that twist into the wire...
