Had the Bluebuds X for over a year now. About a month ago they started cutting out the sound for a split second every other song. Not a big issue but it's getting more and more irritating. The online chat support is wonderful, although unfortunately the recommended reset procedure did not help...

guys, do you think one can jog and work out in the gym with these? Do they stay on your head tightly?
