Well this is what I see when I go to the 558's page:   Note the message: This item does not ship to Maple, Canada.    Seems like most sennheisers aren't shippable to Canada. I'd strongly prefer to buy from amazon.com.

So for some reason the jack is a little messed up and if it bends a little in one direction the sound cuts out or gets weird. As the coiled wire is above ground, every time I move it swings the cable around a bit and the sound gets silent, then normal, then weird, then normal etc. Any way to fix...
