Thanks for your response!   The thing is, when I switch the tubes, the sound moves from one side to another. I described this to their customer support and they told me that it probably is a bad tube.

The model that you have is pre-fazor though. It seems they started implementing fazor tech some time back in December 13. And if I had any more bass in Daft Punk's "Lose yourself to dance", my ears would fall off. So I am just fine with the amount of bass I got.

I only had the chance to audition a Rev 2 once. Manufactured back in 2012 I think. Tomorrow I'll receive my pair manufactured on March 14th, 2014. It has been a while that I tried the Rev 2 but maybe I'll here a difference. Let's see how significant a difference it is.

I saw somebody on youtube using tube adapters so that the tubes stick out a little bit more. Does anybody have experience with this as well? Does it affect the sound?   It looks a bit nicer if you can see the tubes completely.
