    Ultrasone Warranty

Does anyone have the warranty info for Ultrasone? I found nothing on their website and all I have is a phone # that I will call tomorrow. The right ear went out on my HFI-780s and I don't have the box with documentation handy, so I'm hoping that these are covered. I got them probably 8 months...

    IEM cases

Anyone use an after-market IEM case? I'm looking for one for my SE530s since you can barely fit the IEMs and the PTH in the provided case. I want something big enough to hold the mass amount of accessories for these things.

    Portables for a metal head

Hey everybody; its been awhile I have a pair of Grado SR325is that just arent doing it for me anymore and I find myself listening to my HD580s/M3 more often. And I'm getting tired of my iM716s as well, so both of those are going to be sold in the near future. I need a replacement though, and...

Amp cuts off after x amount of minutes

I have a problem with a PINT where after a random interval of minutes, the amp cuts off. It will come back on if I turn the amp off and back on again. At first, I thought it was because the 9.6V 170mAh battery I was using was not getting a full charge from a 12V 1A wall wart, so I changed the...

    Ugh, recursion

I'm doing recursion now in my C++ class and I am stuck with my code. I'm trying to write a program that will compute all the permutations for a number. Say I enter 4, which gives me 24 permutations of 1234 since 4! = 24. My code thus far is this: Code: #include <iostream> #include...

    charge time

How can I approximate the charge time for a battery? I have a 9.6V 270mAH battery being charged on a trickle charger from a 12V 1A wall wart. And if was to measure the current draw from an amp, what would have to do to predict full charge battery length? And btw, the amp is a M^3ed PINT.

    got a simple calc question

When you are integrating something like (u-2)/(sqrt(u)) over the interval 1 to 4, when you break up the terms do you add, subtract or multiply? The anti-derivative for the top is u^2/2 - 2u and for the bottom is 2u^(1/2). Do I add, subtract or multiply those terms? Sorry for the dumb question

What tip do you use for SSIP stuff? I'm talking about the real small pins, thinner than the ones on most op amps (like the pins you would see on a DAC chip). The tip # would be really helpful too

    foamies

Correct me if I am wrong, but Altec Lansing IEMs (in this case the iM716) can use both Ety tips and Shure E3-E500 series right? Mine are worn out and I gotta get some replacements. Any preferences? I found the stock ones to be a bit itchy and coarse when first inserting them.

    Let's revisit the PINT

So I've got a PINT that I've been sort of putting off doing and I've decided to try and fix it. The problem with it is that the music plays, but it sounds strange. First of all, it only works if the source's volume (in this case, a 5G ipod) is at max and the amp's volume is at the minimum. The...

    Lyrics search engine?

I need a very good search engine to find a song in which I only know two phrases to: "I'm floating in the air" and "through the midnight stars" I've tried about 20 different engines and can't come up with anything. It is sung by a woman who has a really high voice, and one my teachers is always...
