Thank you for your input. I am not that happy about taking them apart, so I am now looking at the T50RP MK3 which are almost half the price of the MSR7 in my country, even with Shure 1540 pads they will still be 20% cheaper than the MSR7. I just wish the MSR7 would be more comfortable for me...
