First impressions of the UE 700s are good.  Sound is similar to my X5's in that the bass is less present, yet punchy which leaves a lot of room for detail.  So far, these might be the headphones for me!  Ill give it a week.  Thanks everyone.

UE700 it is.  Worst case, I decide don't like them, and keep the packaging in tact and return them and get a new pair and the search continues!

Thats not a bad idea.  I really do regret returning the TF10s so abruptly.  I just wish that these X10s were as good as my X5s were.  X5s are hard to come by now unfortunately.  

I had the TF10 for literally a day and returned them because they did hurt my ears...but maybe that was because I was use to my klipsch image X5's...I feel like i didn't give the TF10's enough of a chance...considering reordering them.  Oh the beauty of amazon.  What about the UE 700s?

I am looking for a comfortable iem that has a detailed clear sound.  I found the X10 sound to be muddy and unclear.  

I mainly didn't let them after one of the tips stayed in my ear and had to get it removed at the hospital...I also had the X5's and absolutely loved them, just didn't like the sound of the X10's.  Maybe it was the extra bass, I don't really know, just wasn't for me.  

So in my previous post I stated that I had disliked and had trouble with my Klipsch Image X10's.  I am returning them to Amazon (in the 30 day window) and getting something else.  Trouble is, I don't know what to get!   Budget is -200.   Let me know what you guys think!   Thanks a...

That could be.  I just put them right on because i used them with my X5's.  I will test all of the other tips tonight.  How about amplification.  Like the fiio E5?  Does that do anything?

Sound just isn't as clear as I would have expected.  Sounds what some people call "muddy".  Maybe it is my tracks, but i'm not sure.  I use comply t-100s, so the seal should be good as well.  I just expected to be very impressed by the sound, and while its not bad, i'm not overly impressed.  I...
