This. I really think this would make a really compelling use case. My trackIR 5 never worked well despite a lot of troubleshooting.. Looking at the head tracking in the audeze app it looks like it would work MUCH better for in game head tracking.

Yes that is the setting I called the windows volume in my original comment. Oddly the Mobius windows settings doesn't have the boost slider.

I played a few games of PUBG and I thought I could hear footsteps better than my old setup of grado PS500 or sony 1000mx2 running through my audio-gd dac/amp.

I'd stick with HRTF off until the devs confirmed they fixed it. Can you turn off the microphone automatically getting played back through the headphones? If I run my finger over the mic I can hear it.
