Hi, I'm wondering if anyone knows what causes this.   Audio playback on my Fiio E7 & E9 combo freezes after few seconds, if I'm lucky it goes for a whole minute ><   I know I somehow fixed this issue few years back but I can't remember how, and my search on head-fi and google shown up...

I'm going overseas for a year and I'm trying to figure out whether I should take my fiio e9+e7 or just the udac.   dac wise, i'm satisfied with both e7 and udac, but i haven't tested the amp side of things with the srh840.   if the udac's amp CAN drive the srh840 fine or if there isn't...

After using the E7 with the E9, the E7 doesn't work anymore as a standalone amp/dac   When i have these 2 combined and pluged into my laptop via usb, the E7 seems to work as a dac otherwise i wouldn't hear any sound, however sometimes the sound cuts out and sometimes it just freezes my...

i really like the way the ddm has been described and i won't be using an open IEM outside very often, but oh damn... that's even more hideous than the stax one... >_< i'm no apple fanboy that goes gaga over shiny and pretty things like sheeps/zombies/etc (in fact, i hate apple with passion) but...

if you have these in your jeans pocket (loose to semi tight jeans), it ends up pressing basically all the buttons, that "first button light" trick won't really work this is of course if you use it outside, as they are made for portable use

as i start to dive deeper into the world of head audio gears, i noticed a pattern, which was that my fave equipments are "open" type (audio technica ad700 & koss ksc75)   i initially bought the head-direct re2 as i needed something that will isolate from outside noise and vice versa...

ok... i've rockbox'd my clip+, loving the customizability... however, how the hell can i LOCK it? hold, key-lock... whatever you call it. in the original firmware it had this feature, hold home button for like 2 sec, now i can't do that anymore >_<   somebody please help me!
