    Review: ECCI PR100 and PR200 - Cyclone's Fresh Start

I just got my PR200s today and for $30 I am mighty impressed. I'll get around to writing a proper review once they're burned in etc - but these seem criminally underrated for me. Also I think Jokers description of the sound was pretty spot on. They are balanced with a bit of fun thrown in...

How do the ECCI PR200s compare to Yuin PK3?

I have a set of Yuin PK3s and have grown to love their warm, natural sound.    I have been trying to find a pair of affordable IEMs that will roughly match their sound. Open, natural, warm, a bit of bass (but not gobs of it)   For some reason the ECCI PR200s caught my eye on Jokers...

    Has the fake ath-m50 arrived?

Not sure if these have been posted... $35... I couldn't imagine these being fake at all...   http://www.focalprice.com/EP700B/ATHM50_Professional_Around_Ear_Stereo_Headphone_with_Reversible_Earcups_Black.html?utm_source=FP&utm_medium=BD&utm_campaign=FP_BD_EP700B

The same: Prodipe Pro 800, Takstar TS-650 & KAM KHP-1500 - all the same headphone?

Hi everyone,   Just wondering if anyone can confirm or deny that these three headphones:   Prodipe Pro 800, Takstar TS-650 & KAM KHP-1500    ... are indeed the same headphones! (Just rebadged..)   Thanks!

Looking for new in ear head phones for around $30

Meelec have loads of earphones under $30 and they have excellent customer service should anything go wrong.      If you like bass, the M9 is $25 I think and is an old favourite.     http://www.meelec.com/category_s/358.htm     But hey if you liked the Sonys then no harm is sticking...

MeElectronics M11P+ as a gift. Burn them in?

Quote: I bought a pair of M11+ (actually got them in an old Meelec Mwhat sale... score!) and she loves them. Heeer-uge bass, V-shaped sound. Mids are recessed as all hell but they are fun fun fun. Plus the fit is awesome and they come with like a million tips and accessories. I'm sure...

    Review: Meelec RX11 Budget IEMs

Recently I was lucky enough to receive a review sample of Meelec's new budget earphone, the RX11.    Unfortunately my camera is on the blink so I will include some stock photos only.      Coming in a simple package, without a carry case, these $20 in-ears are clearly aimed at the...

    Sunreise AS-Feeling earbud review.

Thanks very helpful. After initially being a bit disappointed with the bass quantity I've come to quite like the PK3s. They sound so warm and natural. I might still give the sunrise feelings a go. Can always sell the ones I like the least

    Sunreise AS-Feeling earbud review.

Nice review.    Just wondering how does the Sunrise bass compare to the Yuin PK3 bass? I own the PK3s I really like them but I expected them too be bassier. I wear them with two foam covers over each earpiece to try and up the bass a bit. Do the Sunrise Feelings have more bass quantity? What...

    Superlux HD-681B vs HD-668B

This thread here goes into quite a bit of detail about the two models.    It seems maybe the HD668 is considered slightly superior but it might be more down to personal preferences.    I just got my HD681 (the standard red version, not the B or the F)   If I have this right, the...

    Multi-IEM Review - 352 IEMs compared (Pump Audio Earphones added 04/03/16 p. 1106)

Quote: Thanks (and thanks to Joker too) - I might give the M21s a go as they look super schmick.

    Multi-IEM Review - 352 IEMs compared (Pump Audio Earphones added 04/03/16 p. 1106)

Hey y'all,   So this is the last lame 'can you compare these earphones' post I will ever write.   I'm about to pull the trigger on the Meelec M9s - but I'm just wondering if any of the new Meelec earphones (such as M16, M21) offer a very similar sound? I just think the M16 for instance...

    Yuin PK3 Impressions Thread

I just popped down to Dick Smith a bought a pair of AU $15 Philips Extra Bass earbuds and they sound pretty good! More like the bass I expected the PK3s to have, but with a bit less clarity in the mids and more rolled off treble. Still, for my purposes they're just fine. Might put my PK3s on the...

    Yuin PK3 Impressions Thread

I bought them (new) off eBay - but surely there are no fake Yuin PK3s out there? The brand is way to obscure!     Beside they certainly look legit compared to photos, comes with the box, cylinder case, 6 foam covers etc.      These really don't have that much bass. With the foam covers...

    Yuin PK3 Impressions Thread

Hi everyone,   I just got my pair of PK3s - I do like the sound quality but I really was expecting more bass. I thought these were quite bassy, but even with the foam covers on I find the bass at the very most "balanced" - not that extra bit of kick I was hoping for.   Can anyone...

    Multi-IEM Review - 352 IEMs compared (Pump Audio Earphones added 04/03/16 p. 1106)

Thanks joker!   Hey anyone and everyone, I've just downsized my collection to a Sansa Clip & a pair of Yuin PK3's - and I'm loving the bass - treble and general sound signature of these little earbuds.    Can anyone recommend a pair of Meelec earphones that would roughly equal the sound...

Anyone else notice a load of sibilance with the MEElectronics M6?

I have the M9s which apparently share the same drivers & I don't hear much sibilance really, even with the stock tips.

    I just got my Audio-Technica ATH-M50's

I found when amped they sound a little more balanced. Yes the low end is a little exaggerated but not as much as some people claim. Many people come from headphones which under-exaggerate the bass - where the exact line of 'balance' is is kind of relative to the listener too.

    M9 vs Metro.fi

Well I'd say my m9s are at least the equivelent of my old Super.Fi 3s which are a model above the metro fi's - plus everyone raves about meelec customer service. That said, if you have some good quality tips lying around you can get even better value out of the m9s. I use modded shure olives...

    Ok I'm confused...NuForce NE7M VS MEElectronics M9P

I found the stock biflanges good enough (for the overall price) but I couldn't really get the single flanges deep enough to get a really good seal. Incidently I modified a pair of shure olives I had lying around. Wow! The sound is thicker and meatier, less harshness in the upper midrange too...

    Ok I'm confused...NuForce NE7M VS MEElectronics M9P

I've owned the ne-7m and just got my ai-m9p's (about 25 hours on em) here's my quick sum: ne-7m - veiled, pleasant, plenty of bass, nice tones, great fit ai-m9 - punchy, vibrant, balanced bass, tonally a tad agressive, a good fit very important (not as good as ne-7m) I prefer the...

    Meelectronics AI-M9 Earphones

I just recieved my ai-m9p for my iPhone I must say I'm very very impressed! Really nice balanced sound, not too bassy not too bright, plenty of punch to the sound. I got them during their 1/2 price sale so including international postage they were $25usd @that_aznpride101 re: marshmallows...
