Time to swap the pads on my Sol P, so have ordered the ultra wide pads just out of curiosity.

I sometimes hear a single "click" from the chassis whilst it's turned on and warming up, or cooling down when in standby. No other sounds though, other than a quiet hum.

Comfort, build quality. Sound has really opened up. Great soundstage, you can pick out each instrument in the mix, good depth and width, definitely widened over time.

Two years of ownership and still enjoying my Sol-P! Just don't look at other headphones now since purchasing.

Having owned both I agree with these comments. Soundstage is much more holographic with the Sol-P. If I had only heard the P-SE though I would be very happy with it, especially with the comfort.

Comments about the weight of the Abyss 1266 also put me off! I have owned the Diana Phi and V2 which I enjoyed, so may look at Abyss again. I'll be keeping my HA200 though.
