i called them and they say i can just send it back for repair. thanks guys..i was hoping that they can upgrade me to e4c tho..but he made it clear that its not posssible.

has any one heard of these ?? the panasonic RP-HJ700 goes for 30$ on audiocubes my friend just loves the colors, and i tried to get him to buy the mx400/500 or the md33s, but he just cannnot take his eyes of these buds however,, are they good compare to ipod buds? thanks

i am aware of the bending rubber technique, and it does help, however, im pretty sure the headphone is a defect. the " joint " between the hook and the driver is loose..and it came that way. , so does any one know how to get an exchange from koss , or ecost? kthx

i just received the ksc75 i orderded from ecost.com today the sound is amazing, however there are some minor problems. one of the driver is not tightly connected to the "hook" comparing the two sides, the right side's driver is clearly loosen. i tried to reattach it, but it is still the...

no.. they are not back lights its just that the icons are the same color as the mini good marketing technique, im sure many other people are fooled by the pictures and think minis got backlights. nice pic btw..thanks..but im really interested in the green ones.
