Seems that PriceJapan is selling some Luxman products including the P-700u and DA-06. Of course they're 100V only, but they're throwing in a voltage transformer for 8,800 yen. Still cheaper overall than what I see on eBay. Are these units any good and has anyone here tried them out recently?

So what headphone amps are directly competing with the LAu (besides features and price)? Also what DACs will work well with the LAu? I know NAD M51 works well with the LAu while the ODAC sounds really harsh when paired with the LAu.

Nice. The LAu works well with the NAD M51, which is the DAC I'm after. Can't believe the Mytek and ODAC sound awful with the LAu which shows how inferior those 2 DACs are with a few sources.

Ah, well if the products are successful overseas then Cavalli Audio can recoup their losses, expand into other countries, and develop or improve their headphone amps.
