did Sony ever make a successor to the XB90ex?
From reading up on the Sony EX650, it doesn't sound like it has anywhere near the sub-bass as the XB90?- radiohead14

did Sony ever make a successor to the XB90ex?
This was one of my favorites, but I unfortunately lost mine in a bar a while ago. Looking at getting another, but the prices now are about 3x more than what I paid back then. So I'm wondering if there's a newer Sony that replicates the XB90 at a more reasonable price. Thanks- radiohead14

Sennheiser IE80 alternatives?
Just saw that the A2 might be closer to the low end vibe I'm looking for from checking out an A1 thread. Do you have experience with the A2?- radiohead14

Sennheiser IE80 alternatives?
Thank you. I didn't know Sony made a successor to the XBA H1, which I owned. I remember liking it. Does the A1 have sub bass? I recall the H1 lacking a bit in that aspect. Sony doesn't seem to market this in the US, so maybe that's why I missed it.- radiohead14

Sennheiser IE80 alternatives?
thank you, but from my experience with BA IEMs, they still can't keep up with dynamics in the low end department.- radiohead14

Sennheiser IE80 alternatives?
While I love my IE80, it's been my main for 4 years now, and it hasn't been the most comfortable when traveling and commuting. The slightly stiff cable hasn't been too comfortable over my ears with my glasses. I tried looking for an alternative cable, but I don't know if I could trust third...- radiohead14

Sennheiser IE80's Impressions Thread
what i think they meant was that.. yes.. you got them from amazon, but third party resellers can also go through amazon. if your order was "fulfilled by amazon", then good chance that they are authentic. but if it was by a different company that fulfilled your order, then they might be fake.- radiohead14

Sennheiser IE80's Impressions Thread
from my own experience with these on my IE80.. the seal isn't as good as stock. they are also stiffer and taller, so the drivers are just slightly further from your canal.. which is a matter of preference if you like the sound not as close. i've since switched back to stock tips until i find...- radiohead14

new Sony XB50 & XB70
ok.. decided to just get the XB50, as they're $27 here with my work discount. i must say, they're really good for the price. does remind me a bit of my XB90.. differences being less clarity, a bit more bloat, and if you have a less than stellar track quality.. lets the hiss through more. but for...- radiohead14
