Audeze Mobius Review / Preview - Head-Fi TV

Yes, what is that stand in the images? It seems to have ports on the bottom? If that was an extra fee you could add on to the pledge that would be great!

    NEW 2015 - HIFIMAN HE400S

Oh well.   Bitch and moan and like the 400 and the 400i there will be a successor.   Sadly it seems the bass roll off is the biggest issue! But 1 year or 2 years and there will be another!

    NEW 2015 - HIFIMAN HE400S

Some sub-bass tests would be lovely thanks!   It would be interesting if you can hear the sub-bass in the song Mark Up mentions. my IEMs and my closed back headphones are fine with it. My current open headphones, not so much.

    NEW 2015 - HIFIMAN HE400S

Agreed! However, they are very new - making availability of reviews and freq graphs unlikely.

    NEW 2015 - HIFIMAN HE400S

Any more comments on the bass extension? I am currently on the fence (damn exchange rate and difficult returns thanks to being in South Africa!) and was wondering if anyone else has comments on the 20-50hz range. My IEMs can produce that :D There is of course always waiting for innerfidelity's...

    Multi-IEM Review - 352 IEMs compared (Pump Audio Earphones added 04/03/16 p. 1106)

Well - my FLC8's arrived today! What a pleasant surprise! I think I saw somewhere the gold filter was improved. Mine came with grey-grey-gold installed. I fell in love with them already! I started A-B'ing them with my Momentum and found that red-grey-gold worked as an interesting alternative...

    Multi-IEM Review - 352 IEMs compared (Pump Audio Earphones added 04/03/16 p. 1106)

Thanks! The GR07 series had quite a bit of variability even between the same model! I remember the mk2 I RMA'd and the mk2 I got back sounded different. I did figure out why though. There was glue or something in the vents which changed the presentation. I spent a lot of time fiddling with...

    Multi-IEM Review - 352 IEMs compared (Pump Audio Earphones added 04/03/16 p. 1106)

My GR07 mk2s are on their last legs (the cable is coming out of the IEMs 0_o) and I was thinking of getting an upgrade with replaceable cables.   I read your FLC8 review and thought it was very interesting!   Seeing as how it was your review of the GR07 that brought me to having to get it...

    Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 and Wireless!

I personally preferred the momentums. However, I haven't heard the new sonys and obviously not the new momentums! My comparison was brief however. Only half an hour. It seems all my issues with the v1 have been solved though. Sound wise is still to be seen. I'm hoping that the v2 and the...

    Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 and Wireless!

I feel that we should start posting the lyrics to "Hey Jude" to get him to review the two new ones! My wallet is already glaring at me.

    Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 and Wireless!

While I have the original, if the wireless can have the same sound signature when plugged in it would be an instant buy! Hoping to hear some impressions soon!

    Fiio E18

Just a random question from someone interested in buying.   When you plug it into a windows pc, is the volume forced to maximum or does the mute button work in windows? (Also does master volume control work?)   Thanks!

    Are wireless headphones the future?

It is actually easy to get a full definition signal sent wirelessly To reduce interference, a better codec that wav should be used preferably, once designed for streaming with a small packet size and large redundancy to eliminate errors. Standard wifi is perfect for this, but 5.8 GHz would...

Google Nexus 7 Tablet (Tegra 3)

I hear the noise myself, only when swiping along the screen though. It will only be apparent in silent output sections though, the amplifier is muted until output is required, it is a method of noise control.
