Hi, have a query for you guys - how much would a brand new unopened K1000 fetch?

I hope that once he's done with the Reference, he'll go into research mode and build a full blown four channel fully balanced in/out battery powered home amp to go with the 1/4" plug - I've owned one of his original superminis, a superdual and one of his last er4 cables so I'm kind of a fan.

I've had my ear impressions and paid up on the 3rd of May but still no sign yet of the earphones . This really reflects badly on both the vendor and manufacturer ... for me at least. I shudder to think if per chance either of the custom molds do not fit Its been like six weeks and counting so...

Would there be any difference between the A1000 and W1000 sonically other than the material for the cups and the 10g weight difference - maybe extrapolating from the 100s?
