Lost one of the largest stock tips for my Tenore's today :( Dont know how to go about sourcing the exact stock replacement from them, given they are a japanese firm. Any suggestions for something that fits and seals similar to the largest one? I still ahve one of the two tips for reference...- greenwoodwoo

Getting really bad volume spikes with song change on the DX50. FW version 1.6 but one of the modded ones. Didn't happen before firmware upgrades. Any ideas?- greenwoodwoo

Probably not. It wouldn't hurt to ask I guess but I use these in the gym 5x a week and I don't have anything else that I want to use in their place so I'm kind of in a rush to get these fixed (these are the only on-ears I have besides a pair of much more fragile yamaha's, and I don't want to use...- greenwoodwoo

The JVC HA-S500 thread.
I've got a split connection on mine near the plug. Any idea how I can get these fixed without paying an arm and a leg? I don't own any tools to do it myself. Would JVC be able to fix these or am I out of luck since they are a JVC Japan product? Edit: Currently waiting on the phone with JVC...- greenwoodwoo

see below about burn-in. The hiss in ANC mode is part of the design. its supposed to cut out... white noise i guess you could call it? works pretty well to tune out the sound of my heater. I know you have already mentioned trying to burn it in but i would give that some more time...- greenwoodwoo

does anyone know how i'm supposed to get the SD card i have plugged into my ibasso dx50 to show up on my computer when i connect the device via usb? it worked yesterday and i could upload music, but now it's not showing up. only the dx50 internal memory is. Anyone else have a problem with the mic picking up whats supposed to be running through the phones while NC is off? Video chatting people and they can hear themselves if NC is off, but once NC is on they can't anymore.- greenwoodwoo

My DX50 from the recent batch that shipped on the 20th just arrived today. There is a very conspicuous and sizable air bubble in the screen and 3 more similar blemishes near the sides.
