Just got my x1 in last week, came stock with firmware 1.2, I wonder what changes have been made from 1.1, anyone know?

I doubt any of my headphones will directly slot into my helmet so I'm hoping to do a little diy job, just have to pick a pair of headphones to take apart. Looking for something that will fit in easily, be decently durable, and sound ok without costing more than like 30 bucks. Good luck to me hah.

Did you end up finding a new dac to pair with the bottlehead/ 650?  I'm in a similar situation.

Now having both, I can say it's an upgrade, but not a gigantic one.

I have the magni+modi combo, which for 200 I thought was a great deal. I have not heard the O2+ODAC but from what I've read they are too similar to compare anyways. I like the way the M+M stack looks pretty sleek too.

I got a pair of sennheiser hd600s from razordogaudio.com for 300$ using their 100$ off coupon a couple months ago. I have been very happy with the purchase since and don't regret it the least bit.
