It's perfectly fine I'm enjoying my D600 but still interested in MDR-1R and K267

Personally I think the D600 looks cheap, the M100 looks more Hollywood, and the Fostex TH900 is what real class and status is.

I actually bought the d600 a couple of weeks ago, after using the d2000 for about a year. At first, I was pleased by my new headphones. I found the bass very "punshy" and interesting, making songs containing moderate bass sounding good. I have done a fear amount of comparison between the d600 and the d2000, and I have found that the d600 do sound better, except from the bass. The bass is just to over the top, and I recently had to admit to myself that i had wasted my money. Listening to a blu ray copy of the Cream reunion concert of 2005 sounded much, much better on the d2000.
Also, I partially got my eyes up for the d600 because of them being more portable than the d2000, with detachable cables and all, but wearing the d600 on the move was not a pleasant experience. They create a lot of pressure on your head, due to the small head band. At least, so they did to my head. On the d2000, a much larger area is actually in contact with your head, reducing the pressure. For me, 30 minutes of use with the d600 is all I can take before it gets to uncomfortable.
I don't like my new headphones
Yeah, I feel the D7000 is considerably better than the D600 (and presumably the D7100) in most areas except isolation (and maybe treble actually- D600 lack any and all sibilance where the D700 could occasionally exhibit this).
for roughly 300 dollars are they denon's d600 worth it ?? I also own the dragonyfly>o2 amp which is my primary setup for listening to music... I'm looking to use the denon ah-d600 as a complement to my akg q701's and as a portable headphone. I'm also interested in the he-400's(full price)/HD650's ($300) any advice would be great !
