I run mine with a Pathos Inpol Ear.

But if you are in EU, in the classifieds, there is an ICan Pro and a Custom Susy Dynalo Mini with in your budget.

Very nice amp! Appreciate the response. I am in the US. I’ll keep my eyes peeled on the classifieds though.

My current amp is Cayin HA-3A via XLR, HE1000SE headphone. I like it much more than solid state.
The RCA outs of Vox are connected to speaker amp (300b tube based), that I prefer as you do.

Have anyone disconnected the headphone amp section of Vox from DAC section and power? I don’t use it, meanwhile it makes a lot of heat. Or there is no other way but asking the manufacturer?

Hi, the Superhub streamer was delivered at the end of February and today I started using it thanks to some indications that suggested using minimserver and mconnect >upnp input. Everything OK sounds great connected to the Hydra Vox DAC.

Hi, if you put VOX in DSD direct on the app the headphone section is disabled.

It might be helpful for some, but I never listen to DSD. My CDs and local flac files all mean PCM. That’s why I would prefer the hardware solution.
