u can always use painters tape or elastic wrap or somethig along those lines to protect the earpads by coverin em

I'm looking for a more elegant solution, such as a proper wood finishing and perhaps a darker stain. I'll have these by the end of March, so if nobody has done it by then, I'll just do it myself.

Kind of disappointing. Bass light and a bit strident although i just got my pair yesterday. Got the closed back, despite the signature being not that great they sound like an open headphone
