Rhapsodio released a new model a couple of weeks ago - RDB+ 2v1

It's a balanced armature (TWFK) + dynamic driver hybrid, with a balanced type of a sound signature, that can be had as a universal or custom IEM.

Seeing how the naming is similar to the old 'fun' sounding RDB+ v1 and the misc Rhapsodio thread is full of all sorts of things, let's have a new impressions and review aggregation thread.

A pair of these is also on the way to Australia for to be passed around and appreciated, along with a sweet looking Shozy PX-M1 amps.

The parcel has arrived.

The cable is a Shure type one with a pretty CF plug (someone can probably point out what plug ). There is a cloth sheath on it, but it tangles into strange shapes.

I quite like the way the shure type IEM to cable connectors feel, probably more than recessed sockets. (anyone use replaceable cable shure sexx5 series and want to comment on long term usability?)

The amp is a PX-M1, it's slightly shorter than a cowon d2, but slimmer and about the same width.
Very good looking amp...

The 2v1 look to have a redesigned vent. It's now near the socket but very small. I didn't notice it at first looking from a certain angle (thought it was part of a socket ) - that's a very welcome change from my point

I asked Charles . cloth sheathed and rhodium plated cf decorated plug, that's all I can tell from the picture.

I've received the RDB+ 2v1 a few days ago. Still experimenting with tips and sources. I should have some impressions up in a few days.
