P1 is much stronger.

Dx90 has a wide sound stage but a swallow depth.

Many just allow the maker of the product to EQ it for them and hence not use the npower given to them. Others have experimented and have mastered when and how to EQ (haeness the power).

AK380 is expensive but it doesnt mean everybody will like its sound. I didnt like how the AK240 sounded at all but it does look nice.

I like the AK100II but I prefer the P1.

Both (zx2 abd P1) are reall nice but the P1 is a bit better in all the important areas. zx2 us a bit heavier and cool looking.

Layla is not a neutral IEM and if one enjoys a neutral or a bright sound then best get abright sounding amp.

Your memory must be warped the UE5EB which I have two and one works bass is narrow and not as deep as the A3 which I also have. Sound stage of the 5EB is narrow and the mids and treble are very vieled. The 5EB treble is nowhere as bright as the A3 period.

Yeah the Z5 is one iem that I never thought of changing the cable. The Z5 really sounded a lt better after burn in and adding a good amp.

I actually liked the open sound from the stock tips and I usually never use silicon tips. But I mostly just ues the Comply 500 size tips because I just push them in and it seals.

Going by Sound,Options, UI, Build both M and P1 worth it but is it worth twice the price? Yes if those points are important to you. DX90 is good and a great price but why not have more than just the DX90?
