Sometimes, when listening to my IEM's, I like to crank up the music to slightly louder than medium listening levels ( 78db - 90db ). I only do this for about 20-30 minutes and then I'll reduce the volume or just take my IEM's out of my ear to go about doing something else. I love to do this...
