thank u for sharing, does that mean the pendant will come in whichever wood your Verite is in?

I had the impression there was a stock wood for pendant without limited runs

Stock pendant is all black. You have to pay extra for custom wood. And I believe it's based on what's available at the time, but I could be wrong. You should reach out to Zach for details.

I asked Zach and he said he could do it to match, but pry depends on what he has available...

I'd just check with him... He has been super cool to interact with and answered all my silly questions :)

Is the picture on the zmf homepage of the Lmtd Verite with the rose gold grills the standard camphor burl or the light version?

Because whatever that is, that is what I'm looking for.

It looks like the one on the left is darker. Or is that just the varied differences of the standard burl camphor?

And are these pics of the regular camphor burl?
Either of those look so amazing to me. Master craftsmanship and engineering at its finest! _DSC4638.jpg_DSC4586.jpg

This one is copper with regular non stained burl. I've actually noticed with the camphor burl that any stain covers up the chatoyance and 3d effect a bit, so I've been pushing future owners to fore-go any stains.

IMO, if you're buying an exotic hardwood product and want the wood stained, then just get ash wood with your desired stain that so someone else can enjoy natural beautiful wood. Stain/dye is a sin.

DarthPool won’t be too happy to read this :xf_eek:
That's why it's just an opinion.

His purple cups look great, to be fair. I doubt they are made from cocobolo or rosewood though - I would cry a little if they were.

A sin? I beg to differ.
