Congrats! Walnut is gorgeous.

If they’re brand new, you’ll really want to give them a little longer than that for a fair review. I never really believed in break-in until I experienced it with my VCs.

These drivers appear overly stiff for the first 50-100 hours, and I recall them sounding a little incoherent at first. But then at some point, things just “clicked” and sounded amazing.

Yeah I noticed the not up to par performance at first. Took off pads put on the Universe pads and wham..night and day difference.
Listened for an hour put back on Auteur Lambskin and hmmm sounds wonderful.

Listened with them for two hours and sound really decent,

WIll hold off on critical comments like u suggest after 50 hours or so.

WIll be back!

Do I hear 200? Yes! Sold to the gentleman with the Verites!
(Mine kept getting better for about 200 hours.)
