I love my monkeypod as combined with the magnesium chassis, I believe they are still the lightest iteration of VCs.

My first thought was "hmm, I can't hear my cat Freddy begging me for food, excellent."

But in all seriousness, it's just a nice change, two different flavors, the VC's enveloping and dynamic bass is incredible, whereas the Atrium's airiness, separation, and staging are excellent. I think they complement each other well.
