Just to add, it's the Aqua 2 version that's 47uF and ok in a standard Aegis, the original Aqua had a 4uF requirement which isn't.... just in case anyone sees them up for sale second hand and is tempted. Sophia Electric only have Aqua 2 for sale so alls good there!Product page for the mesh plate states 10uF. This is due to inrush current on startup, bigger cap, higher inrush current. However, there are other variables in play that are specific to the amplifier in question, namely the B+ AC voltage on the rectifier plates and the power supply impedance. So the cap value isn't a hard and fast rule, they give a maximum value assuming the user is going to operate the rectifier at its maximum specifications, which Aegis does not do. So, can either play it safe and go with the spec sheet, or reach out to them for further clarification. Safe way is to not use the mesh plate 274B and get their Aqua version which can handle higher inrush currents.

Here's some of the actual Salire's that will be available. You also will be able to "add on a matched stabilized Salire" to the headphone if you'd like. I also am including some of @BooUrns matched cables that you'll be able to add on as well. Because of the sleeving and wire used (Palladium, 2K, Verite Silver) they can only be made with XLR and 1/4" ends.
