I spend quite a bit of time with the AC and the Homage at CanJam Dallas, and paired with the Grand Silver Palladium cable, which I bought at Dallas, it was wonderful for my musical taste.

What's the popular ZMF cable upgrade among Auteur C owners? I realize the 1/4" stock cable I chose won't work with the headphone outputs in the Homage, so I need to add an upgraded cable.

I highly recommend the 2K copper cable for the Classic.

I was looking at a bimble box pair at Dallas and also saw the brown mallee on last week's offering, and it's still there. I was tempted then, but decided to wait and see what was offered today. I'm almost 100% positive the set offered today that I was lucky to get was the exact pair I listened to in Dallas - exact same config and the wood pattern matches between the webpage and the pics I took in Dallas. Only @zach915m or @BooUrns can confirm that theory. Why didn't I buy in Dallas? I already had two carry-ons for my flight home that couldn't be checked and it's a pain with carry-ons designed for travel, much less the cardboard box the headphones would be in.

Since no one else was getting them, I got these. Pretty sure I saw a similar or exact set at CanJam Chicago. It was one of the most futuristic sets I had ever seen. Almost Iike an art deco vibe.

Thanks!! I've been eyeing the resin models for two years now, had to try my luck with this one since its soooooo gorgeous !

This Marks my second pair of ZMFs and hopefully is the last haha, unless maybe a Caldera, but I tend to steer away from planars. I haven't owned much high end headphones, but the only Planar that I own, which is an Audeze hurts my ears eventually, with the pressure build up.
