Waiting for it :o2smile:
This was one of the more crazy sets. Love the textures! It's incredible how they can release the same headphone model and all of them look COMPLETELY different.

Is there a rundown somewhere of how the different pads affect the sound of the VC? Like one sentence for each :)

Looking at buying my first ZMF! @zach915m any chance for Atrium Shou-Sugi-Ban ash teaser pics? Also curious of about possible timbre differences between cherry and Shou-Sugi-Ban. Thanks.

Also curious about the sonic differences between what the sonic differences would be with the Shou-Sugi-Ban Euro Ash vs. stabilized - is the difference bigger like the Atrium Closed special releases vs. stock wood options, or is it more minor?

The Ash is a little less dense than the stabilized but harder than very soft woods like redwood, cherry, silkwood etc. It's a good medium density wood as far as ZMF used woods go - but it still pretty light weight. I tend to like the softer woods a lot in closed backs for the decay, and it has about the "right" amount of it sonically for my taste.
