Is anyone able to compare any of the Zero Audio range to the Denon CK710?

Finally got the Carbo Basso's and they are a great pair especially for those on a budget. Paid around £25 in total including tenso fees and shipping and they really do extend deep and can pack a large punch.

They do have sloppier/slower bass than I would prefer but then I have listened to them around 20hours so I'm still burning in, hopefully the bass gets tighter.

They respond to EQ well and can be pushed with my E18, so at the moment listening to some Deep House and they are kicking my skull in!

I feel that there is a slight rattle when they're pushed hard though, kinda like the housing or even the driver isn't able to hold together, but thats at fairly high volumes and large rumbles of bass with my E18's bass bosst on. Hopefully a bit of burn in may tighten things up.

How do the Tenores stack up against the Xiaomi Piston 2s? My Pistons just broke on me and I'm wondering if the build quality on these are good enough to last several months, perhaps a year.

Pistons will sound bloated mess when you listen to the refinement of Tenore. No comparison really.

doesn't even compare, IMO, it's way out of their league, go buy Tenore, you won't be sorry tho there are a lot of other IEM's to choose from depending on your budget, if you liked the Piston's i'm sure you'll love Tenore

How long do the Tenores generally last?

Exactly 18 months 6 days 20 hrs and 12 seconds.

Kidding.

Depends on use. I'm using since about 8 months and they are as good as new.

Bought mine in January, still going strong.

I use them a lot in the office (on a daily basis, almost), and they look as good as new. The strain reliefs are holding up, amazingly.

No comparison.  See my sig for how far below the Piston 2 are.  Piston 2s are not as balanced nor as airy.
