Hi. I'm looking for an Amp+Dac (probably combo), however I feel a little outdated in this section.. I want something in 200$ range (can be used too). I'll feed it from laptop so it's a requirement to have an USB connection. Also I'm going to connect my speakers so it should be able to work as a stand-alone DAC through RCA connections.
 
I'm trying to decide between options mentioned above. However I'm not sure whether to get combo unit or buy udac and look for separate headphone amp..
Any other suggestions to get the best SQ/price ratio?
