I finally caved and got some of the Naxos Bruckner symphonies. I'm skeptical, but am looking forward to comparing these with "big time" performances.

I think this one is a reminder of Chaos A.D., with old school vocals, guitars, more fast drumming and superb production. It is definitely heavier than previous Soulfly albums. Except that ragga track they did with Eyesburn. I like it, but I can see die-hard fans having mixed feelings about it. Anyway, I am proud of our local boys going international.

I think that Max did have couple of isolated nu-metal incidents on his post Sepultura works, but that tribal Soulfly sound still catches my attention as fresh and original. I`m not much into metal these years, so I could be wrong.
