Rachmaninov: Piano Concertos No 2 & 3 - Liss
Orff: Carmina Burana SACD - Hickox
Beethoven: Symphonies No 1 & 6 SACD - Vänskä
Mahler: Symphonie No 1 - Abbado
Smetana: Czech Dances - Novotny

The Beethoven completes my Vänskä collection. The Smetana is on the Supraphon lable, which ArkivMusic is having a great Supraphon sale right now (for those who might care). I love Mahler's first symphony, possibly my favorite, and I love Abbado's Mahler. I am slowly trying to purchase my favorite Mahler cycles (Abbado, Karajan, Mehta, and sometimes Kubelik (no, I don't care for Bernstein's Mahler). It gets very expensive.. And finally, I just wanted to hear Car Orff in high-definition SACD! Cheers.
